Once your order has been prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center, the transit journey begins.

3. Exceptional Circumstances & Logistics
While we maintain a high success rate for our 10-day delivery goal, please note that international logistics can occasionally be affected by factors outside our direct control.
In rare instances—such as extreme weather conditions, global logistics disruptions, or extended customs clearance procedures in the destination country—deliveries may take up to 30 business days. Please note that while this is not common, these timeframes are in place to account for force majeure events and ensure your package is handled with the necessary care through international borders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your order hasn't arrived within our standard window, our support team is ready to assist you.
